The service
Trovune helps users collect a bounded set of public social posts, review sources, select an analysis scope, view aggregate analysis, and prepare exports. Private-beta features, limits, providers, and availability may change or be withdrawn.
Accounts and connections
You are responsible for using an account you are authorized to control, protecting access to your device and Google account, and keeping connected provider accounts in good standing. Do not share passwords, tokens, or other credentials with Trovune support.
Acceptable use
Use Trovune lawfully and only for purposes permitted by the source platforms. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, access another workspace, automate abusive collection, reverse engineer security controls, interfere with service operation, or use exports to harass, discriminate, surveil unlawfully, or violate privacy or intellectual-property rights.
Source-platform responsibility
You remain responsible for reviewing and following Google, Bluesky, X, and other applicable platform terms, developer policies, display requirements, and restrictions on storage, redistribution, and deletion. A Trovune export does not grant additional rights in third-party content.
Credits
Credits are service units used to reserve and settle eligible operations. They are not cash, stored value, a security, or transferable property. The interface shows reservation, settlement, and release activity. Paid plans, refund rules, expiration, and taxes will be disclosed before public billing is enabled; the current private beta does not create an undisclosed payment obligation.
Changes and suspension
Trovune may change limits, pause providers, reject unsafe requests, or suspend access to protect users, providers, financial integrity, or service security. Where practical, material service changes will be communicated in advance.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Trovune is provided on an as-available basis during private beta. Social data may be incomplete, delayed, changed, or removed at the source, and analysis is informational rather than legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of the beta.

Contact support@trovune.app about these terms. Trovune is an independent product offered under the Lunomel product-family brand. Lunomel is not presented here as an incorporated legal entity. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded by these terms.
